1) Custom tailor items( Custom design , custom size,etc.), if we don't make a mistake, return or exchange is not available.

2) Our size may be different from your daily wear size. Please make sure to check our size chart before order.

Returning& exchange 
1. Receiving  the incorrect  or defective  item . If you receive the incorrect  item or defective item due to defects in  manufacturing or workmanship , please contact  our service  center as soon as possible ( must be within 7 days after the goods delivered ) to send photos or videos to  our  sale service department  to show your problem , it will take 3 to 5 days for our sale service department  to inspect  the photos or videos , if it is our fault , our sale service department  will inform  you the steps  how to apply for full refund or apply for exchange .

2. Ordering incorrect size or  color .Before you order the products from Wholesaledancedress.com , please  learn the details of size table  , color or other information carefully . As the color , there may be some color difference between the real products and photos . Because there color varies from  the products photoed by different light or displayed in different  computer displayer .If it is your fault to order incorrect products , you want to return or exchange the products ,you  need to pay for the  back  freight charge( freight collect is not acceptable)  and keep the goods in good condition , contact our customer service center as soon as possible ( within 7 days after you receiving the products)  to follow our step to returning or exchange the products , when we receive the products and check it in good condition , we will give you refund ( excluding the shipping charge) .

3. Intimates, swimming clothings, lingeries etc. are the personal clothing , returning  or exchange is unacceptable.

4. Before you returning or exchange the products , please contact us service center , so that our customer service will teach you the steps how to apply returning or exchange .if you do not contact our service center before you  send the  products back ,you can not apply any refund or any exchange .Thanks a lot for your cooperation and understanding .

Problem with the products received:
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately at our Support center.

Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Out of stock:
Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update. Customers are eligible to ask for a partial Refund (covering some of the item cost and the shipping fee) in the event of not receiving email notification.

Size:
To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the after sales team. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days. Please note the following RMA criteria relating to size differences: Custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 2CM;Not custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 3CM.Please ship the package to the address provided by the after sales team. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Delayed shipments:
Please note that the relevant carrier is responsible for packages that have been dispatched from our sorting center. In the rare situation when an order has been delayed during the order processing stage, and the customer has paid for the item to be shipped by courier, we will offer a partial refund of the shipping fee.

Missing items, wrong items or package sent
A partial refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items.

We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping.

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.

Tips: As produts problem which you received ,please contact us within 3 days after you received products. If our sale service department give ways to solve the customer problem, but customer does not give reply within 3 days, it means that the customer gives up solving the problem . 

General Return Policy


1) Non-quality related returns:
If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

You will receive your refund after we have received your package and inspected it. The items with signs of use, damage, or removed tags are not eligible for non-quality related returns.

Eligible products:

Most non-made-to-order products are eligible for a return and a full refund. You will only be responsible for the shipping fees incurred.

The non-made-to-order products with free shipping are eligible for a return and a refund of 85% of the item’s price. The remaining 15% will be kept as a restocking fee. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

Not eligible products:

Made-to-order products (including all Wedding Dresses and Special Occassion Dresses, personalized wedding favors, personalized shoes, etc), Cosplay and Costumes, lingerie (underwear and swimwear), disposable goods (like the needles of tatto kits), items from the Clearance category, Makeup items opened by customers are not eligible for non-quality related returns.

2) Mis-shipped items:
You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange. Refer to the Product-specific Policies below for more details (when applicable) and exceptions.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

3) Missing items:
Inform Customer Service if an item is missing from your package. When we have confirmed that an item was missing, we will offer a full refund or begin processing a new one for you. We will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

4) Damaged package or items:
If you find the package is damaged upon direct receipt from the courier, please reject it with the reason of damaged package and inform Customer Service about the issues.

If you find the package or items are damaged after accepting it, please provide Customer Service photographs demonstrating the issues.

After confirmation, we will ship you a new item or issue a full refund.

5) Lost package:
Inform Customer Service if you did not receive a package by the expected delivery date. Once Customer Service confirms with the courier that your package is lost, you will be offered a refund or your items will be resent.

6) Warranty related returns:
Within the warranty period of the product you purchased, Wholesaledancedress.com warrants the products against defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we will ship you a new item or issue a full refund.
